It’s no secret that Mexico is one of our absolute favorite places to visit as a family. The vibrant culture, the fresh and inventive food, the warm and friendly people, all combined with the ease of a short flight from almost anywhere in the U.S. make Mexico an easy choice for kids and families. While we love an adventurous vacation, sometimes with children, especially young ones, you’re just looking to relax and be pampered on a beautiful beach while your kids are entertained. The following hotels will cater to your (and your kids) every whim.
Pool at Four Seasons Punta Mita
Four Seasons Punta Mita- Located in the gated community of Punta Mita, 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta, this hotel has a kids club for ages 5 and up, plus a lazy river.

One and Only Palmilla- Incredible setting on one of the only swimmable beaches in Cabo. The kids club (ages 4-11) goes out of it’s way to create special memories for kids and families. Think movie nights under the stars with popcorn and churros.
Rosewood Mayakoba-Set in a beautiful lagoon overlooking the white-sand beaches of the Riviera Maya, this hotel is set in a complex along with three other hotels that make up Mayakoba. There is a kids’ club, but do note there are more fees associated with kids activities here than at the other hotels on our list. Because it is set within such a large complex, it can also at times feel very spread out. Having the other hotel restaurants nearby and available is a nice option though.

One and Only Mandarina- The kids club here (serving kids 4-11) was created by a Hollywood set designer, and if the parents are impressed, you know the kids are going to be blown away by this magical jungle escape. Located less than an hour from Puerto Vallarta and only 15 minutes from Sayulita, you have options if you’re interested in leaving the resort. The beach here is also nice and calm for swimming.

Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas-Costa Palmas is the ultra-luxury planned community and hour from Cabo San Lucas. This hotels has a beautiful kids’ club (ages 4-12) and an expansive beach that is swimmable.
